The Open System Model © (by Kambiz Poostchi, the model's creator) is a sistemic model, according to the latest system knowledge, of thought and action that conveys more than just management recipes. It is rather a matter of recognizing systemically effective principles and, secondly, using them carefully and profitably, both corporately and socially. In this way, it is a conscious drive for change, meeting current demands in the areas of economy, society, and education.
The Open System Model © defines five key areas:
1. Input., 2. system identity, 3. system elements, 4. relationship network, 5. output.
A focus on these areas give orientation in day-to-day business, detect barriers and accelerate solution-oriented corporate development.
The model shows the functionality and the core principles of open social systems and offers practical diagnostic and management tools.
Affiliation, Awareness, and Order are three important systemic core principles - they increase motivation, efficiency, and effectiveness in the company and thus have a decisive influence on success.
