I am delighted when it comes to "Strategy & Systems Thinking".  It is thrilling to venture into unfamiliar territory, to go beyond the common place, the familiar, the obvious. Making unintelligible or complex ideas, plans, procedures or regulations easy to understand.  I entertain ideas about the best ways to reach a goal, increase productivity or solve a problem. To focus on strength is one way to stimulate personal and group excellence.  To transform something strong into something superb. I am inspired to be part of groups engaged in making this world a better place.
