Born and raised in southern Germany, Tübingen. Finalised the Master Thesis in Strategic Management in New Zealand. Studied in Brazil, Portugal, Germany, and Austria. Working internationally for the health care and travel industry, I got to know people from different cultures. I experienced how important a shared purpose is, to foster cooperation. It is omnipresent. With the seminars and consultancy activity, I find meaning by giving perspectives and guidance.
